All items purchased through Orange2U are returnable or exchangeable within SEVEN (7) days after the received date.The return shipping costs will be beared by the buyer. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition (contain every component parts) and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
A Return Merchadize Authorisation must be obtained before returning. Kindly contact us via the Enquiry Form or email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly at +603 4142 7644 to ontain a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include details such as your Order number, Name, Email, and Contact number.

Returning a Faulty Item, Wrongly Shipped Item, Incorrectly Ordered Product:
We will evaluate the return request to determine the best action. If it is determined that the item is faulty, or does not match the product description, or incorrect ordered, or wrongly shipped, we will provide a solution that may involve a replacement item or a refund.
We will issue you a Return Merchanize Authorisation and furthur instructions about what you need to do next.
We will not cover the return postage for the return.
If you want to cancel your order, we will not refund for the full amount, it will be deducted 5% for the administrative cost.
Any form Time Card / Game Card, Game Points is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
